The piece
Part of Sabre's Bistrot range, with visible rivets and colourful handles in the spirit of Parisian bistro cutlery, and made in France.
In use
The wide, gently curved blade slides under a slice of tarte Tatin, quiche or cheesecake and carries it to the plate in one piece. The edge is fine enough to cut through pastry, so one tool does both jobs. Match it to the Bistrot Serving Set for a coordinated table.

- Dishwasher safe to 45°C; not suitable for the microwave
