Exceptional Gruyère made in the Swiss Alps by three times World Champion and Master Cheesemaker Michael Spycher for Gourmino Cheese.
Aged for at least a year in the alpine caves, this Gruyère is incredibly full-flavoured, but well balanced.
It has a firm texture dotted with protein crystals and flavours of nut brown butter, caramel and alpine flowers.

“The mountain dairy Fritzenhaus, where I produce the Gruyère and Hornbacher with my wife and our team, belongs to the farmers. Our cheese dairy is an official Le Gruyère AOP cheese dairy, located a bit further away from the classic production area and is therefore also called a “satellite dairy”. Who knows, maybe that’s why our Gruyère stands out from the crowd.
I was awarded World Champion for the third time in 2022 – and that with a participation of 3,000 cheeses from 29 countries in 141 categories. I wouldn’t say I’m only proud of the victory – rather, the success confirms to me that we are doing something right in our daily work.”

Free pickup in store (Paddington) is available for all orders.
Local courier (within 40km of Paddington): Variable rates apply.
Refrigerated delivery (selected regions NSW/ACT/VIC/QLD)
- $20 (NSW/ACT) or $30 (VIC/QLD) for orders up to $300
- Free for orders over $300
- Minimum order $80
- Order by 12pm Monday for delivery that week (orders after this time ship the following week).
How will my order arrive?
Temperature-sensitive orders are packed with insulation and ice packs to help them arrive in great condition. Couriers are instructed to leave parcels in a safe place where possible. If re-delivery is required, a re-delivery fee may apply.
