Indulgence is a matured farmhousestyle cheese with a natural rind.

A slow-make technique develops a fine, close texture with a creamy, luscious fudgey feel that melts in the mouth.

The centre has some firmness then gradually becomes soft and sticky towards the rind. The body is covered in a wrinkled, bloomy Geotrichum rind. Dairy & mineral flavours are a balance between sweet and sour, and a lasting spice on the palate.
