L'Artisan Extravagant is a decadent organic triple cream cheese with a fluffy white mould and creamy paste, in the style of the French Brillat Savarin. Mild and creamy when young, it develops an earthy bite and softening texture at maturity. It reflects the softer side of the local climate and the generosity of the western Victoria pasture.

Matthieu set out to make cheeses that reflected the local Victorian terroir whilst capturing the essence of some of France’s most loved cheeses.

- Free for orders over $300
- Minimum order $80
- Order by 12pm Monday for delivery that week (orders after this time ship the following week).
How will my order arrive?
Temperature-sensitive orders are packed with insulation and ice packs to help them arrive in great condition. Couriers are instructed to leave parcels in a safe place where possible. If re-delivery is required, a re-delivery fee may apply.
