Made in Marrickville by former chef, Colin Wood, Jersey cheese is a semi-hard, cooked curd cheese made to be grilled but can be enjoyed in a number of ways.
Milk is sourced from micro-dairy, Camden Valley Farm.
Think, a cross between halloumi, feta, and mozzarella, a creamy, slab of cheese with a crisp exterior and soft, layered, and textured curd inside when grilled over high heat.
Grill over charcoal after searing in a hot pan, and brush with garlic oil as it is cooking. Get the crust crispy to hold its shape while the inside melts and softens.
From here the only limit is your imagination. Serve simply doused with the best olive oil and salt; perhaps a salsa verde; use in place of paneer with a spicy peanut curry sauce, or just some beautiful tomatoes.

Temperature-sensitive orders are packed with insulation and ice packs to help them arrive in great condition. Couriers are instructed to leave parcels in a safe place where possible. If re-delivery is required, a re-delivery fee may apply.
