Tarwin Blue is the most awarded cheese in the Berry's Creek range and is named after the local river that winds its way through this renowned dairy region.
The cheese is very rich and creamy, with an earthiness from the rind.
The cheese is balanced by the spicy blue moulds and pairs well with a dark-berried Shiraz.

Barry Charlton specialises in blue cheese. We affectionately refer to him as Australia’s ‘Master of Blue’. Barry, along with his partner Cheryl Hulls, established Berry’s Creek Gourmet Cheese in 2007 in one of the most picturesque parts of Gippsland.
Together they have produced an extensive range of award winning cheese. Accolades include The Australian Grand Dairy Awards, The Melbourne Fine Food Awards, and The World Cheese Awards. With over 40 years of experience in cheese making, their skills and experience are well recognised in the cheese world and they are often invited to judge at international events.

Local courier (within 40km of Paddington): Variable rates apply.
Refrigerated delivery (selected regions NSW/ACT/VIC/QLD)
- $20 (NSW/ACT) or $30 (VIC/QLD) for orders up to $300
- Free for orders over $300
- Minimum order $80
- Order by 12pm Monday for delivery that week (orders after this time ship the following week).
How will my order arrive?
Temperature-sensitive orders are packed with insulation and ice packs to help them arrive in great condition. Couriers are instructed to leave parcels in a safe place where possible. If re-delivery is required, a re-delivery fee may apply.
