Drawn from the gardens of the Villa Medici, the Médicis tea towel by Le Jacquard Français brings a little of the Italian Renaissance to the everyday kitchen. Plant motifs, architectural detail and a warm Mediterranean palette come together in a composition that feels sunlit and unhurried, reinterpreted from the Maison's own archives. Woven in France from 100% long staple combed cotton, with the pattern built from coloured warp and weft yarns, it has a depth of colour that printed linen cannot match, and it grows softer with every wash. Practical enough for daily use and handsome enough to give, it is a fine companion to a long Italian lunch.
