Blank Canvas is the brainchild of Matt Thomson and partner Sophie Parker-Thomson, who are a fascinating, innovative wine industry couple in New Zealand. Always seeking out ways to challenge winemaking orthodoxy, they are not tied to any one region or style. For Matt and Sophie every region, and every vintage is a blank canvas.
