Moorabbin, Victoria
Superb zero alcohol wine alternative created by ex-NOMA, Australian chef William Wade. Lightly carbonated in a Pet Nat style with raspberries, chamomile and Murray River salt rounded out with verjus and pristine filtered water.  Aromatic and textured this is beautifully dry with a delicate liveliness and a complex, fruity length.
