Emerich Knoll has plantings in all the best sites of Wachau. Varietal site expression is at the forefront of their philosophy and exclusive use of old oak foudres is one example of their passion for traditional winemaking techniques.
Typically textural this Federspiel shows the round, flavourful style of Grüner for which they have become famous.
The unmistakable label which bears the image of Saint Urban, the patron saint of wine growing, is another reminder that tradition is the watchword here.
