When will I receive my box?
Your box will be dispatched from our store via refrigerated courier on the second Tuesday of each month. Read our delivery policy for days that your area is served.You will receive a notification of the delivery from our courier.
What if I'm away?
You can skip a month or schedule in an alternative delivery date. Just let us know the week before.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, pause or cancel your membership anytime through your customer account.
Shipping included for Cheese Club orders within NSW & ACT. A $10 supplement applies per delivery for orders to Victoria and Queensland.

Each month we choose four cheeses that we think are tasting particularly great. We like to feature cheeses that are in season, as well as batches of cheese that are tasting especially delicious in a particular month. Some of the cheeses will be limited in quantity.
Every Club pack comes beautifully packed with tasting notes.

How will my order arrive?
Temperature-sensitive orders will be sent with insulation and ice bricks to ensure they arrive in good condition.
