Small batch (only 800 bottles made), single vineyard wine and lo-fi production. Pressed in oak barriques before undergoing malo and then barrel aged for 7 months.
The result is a delicately textural wine showing sweet apricots with lingering tropical notes and a hint of salinity. The bright acidity ensures a long and lingering finish.
