Stargazer Palisander Riesling 2022
Coal River, Tasmania
This is exceptional Tasmanian Riesling from Sam Connew.  Fermented in ceramic eggs and left on lees for ten months, this is a wine of texture and power.  The nose is a combination of lemon verbena aromatics with some white blossom florals. On the palate the acid is integrated with the Lemon Splice fruit. It’s soft and sherbety, finishing with fruit intensity and concentration.
