We love working with restaurants. We consult closely with you to create the perfectly balanced cheese plate to suit your menu, wine list and budget. One that changes regularly to reflect the seasons, so that only cheese at its peak reaches your customers.
There are no minimum orders and we cut the cheese perfectly into portions, so that all your pastry chef needs to do is plate up. This means that there is absolutely no wastage. Good for you and good for the environment.
