Each parcel is fermented separately in open concrete vats, basket pressed and aged for 18 months in large French oak foudres. Unfined and unfiltered.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBlueberry, blackberry, spice and licorice, with a savoury, iodine edge. Full-bodied, with creamy, nutty oak and good length.
