Anton is one of the pioneers of Australian natural wine.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe fruit comes from the Cemetery Block at the base of the Piccadilly Valley, on alluvial black sand. Sixth-generation growers Jenny and James Griggs farm it. The grapes are whole-bunch pressed, and only the free-run juice is used. It is fermented in ceramic eggs and aged on lees. Nothing is added, including sulphur.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLight and finely textured. Lemon zest, green apple and white peach, with citrus blossom and a saline, oyster-shell finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePairs well with fresh goat's cheese, oysters or whiting.
