This village Chablis comes from 1.8 hectares across four parcels between the 1er Crus of Vaillons and Montmains, on Kimmeridgian limestone. The vines are 20 to 60 years old. It is wild fermented and spends 10 to 12 months in tank before bottling.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003eTasting notes\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis is the clean, linear style the domaine is known for. Citrus and orchard fruit sit over a chalky, saline core, with bright acidity.
