Les Coteaux blends oak-fermented fruit from the classified villages of Sablet, Séguret and Cairanne with lighter, unoaked Côtes du Rhône Villages parcels. It is aged for 22 months in tank, seasoned and new oak.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003eTasting notes\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003eDark berry fruit and warm spice, with a rounded, smooth texture from the long ageing.
